Two summit tour - Gerlosstein

Start: 9.00 a.m. | Reception DasPosthotel

Together we drive to Hainzenberg to the Gerlossteinbahn. Ascent with the cable car to the starting point of our hike at 1,643 m. From there we head over the Heimjöchl (1,984 m) to the first summit of today's tour, the Freikopf at 2,201 m.
A beautiful spot with a newly erected summit cross. After a short rest, we continue to the next summit, the Gerlossteinwand at 2,166 m. We enjoy the panoramic view and then hike back to the Gerlossteinbahn mountain station on a beautiful hiking trail.

Total walking time: approx. 4,5 h (depending on breaks) with approx. 600 hm ascent and descent on small hiking paths.

Refreshment stop: At the end of the tour at the Gerlossteinalm

Cost for ascent & descent: 21.50 (with guest card, which you will receive by e-mail after check-in)

From a registration of 6 people, the additional people must drive themselves by car to the starting point - meeting point before is still the reception at DasPosthotel.
