Allergy Sufferers

We are an allergy-friendly hotel. All bedding items are hypoallergenic, and all rooms are equipped with oak flooring. All rooms are regularly cleaned with the Hyla cleaning system. A bed of down feathers can be arranged upon request.

Beds

We know how important good sleep is for our health and our well-being. All box-spring beds and mattresses in the ZillerSeasons are handcrafted in the Zillertal and provide the highest sleeping comfort. The mattresses were specially developed for the ZillerSeasons and are made of 100% natural rubber. The box-spring beds are made of pine wood and covered with linen. With such luxurious comfort, you will sleep as sound as a marmot in the Tyrolean mountains. 

Bike rental

You can rent a mountain bike for free at the reception desk. You can rent and use the bikes at your own risk! Our team at the reception desk will be happy to recommend cycling & mountain bike tours in the surroundings.

Botanical architecture

The 5*Superior Green Spa Hotel MalisGarten is the first hotel built entirely in solid wood construction. The garden with its fruit trees as well as the many native herbs and medicinal plants are the focus of MalisGarten and are incorporated into the culinary delights and the Herbarium Spa.

We love our cultivated coffee culture. Our coffee is freshly roasted by an exquisite coffee roasting house in Bavaria from fair-trade raw coffee according to secret recipes that were developed for us by barista world champion Goran Huber. You will be convinced by the quality and the taste.

Dog

Dogs are welcome in the ZillerSeasons. We charge an extra fee of € 40 per night (not including food) for your dog. We will gladly provide a dog bed and dog bowl.  

We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed in the restaurant and spa area! 
Out of respect for other hotel guests, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash. In our dog brochure, you will find numerous suggestions for walks with your dog in the surroundings.

You can rent your desired e-bike in various sizes from our partners.
E-bike rental at Intersport Strasser at the valley station of the Zillertal Arena in Zell am Ziller or at our partner Green Room in Mayrhofen, the e-bikes are delivered by the Green Room directly to the hotel. We recommend reserving your desired e-bike in advance.

We are very proud that the houses of the ZillerSeasons family have been awarded the Austrian Ecolabel, as well as the EU Ecolabel.
We think regionally, act sustainably and treat the treasures of nature with care. Out of conviction and because we want the sight of the Zillertal mountains to still leave our grandchildren's grandchildren speechless.

We attach particular importance to water quality, water consumption, energy, regionality, waste management, etc.. An example of this is our waste system - we take care of waste separation for our guests. In your room, you will find cozy felt slippers to keep your feet warm! Our ZillerSeasons products are available for free during your stay. In our ZillerSeasons shop in our MalisGarten, you can purchase all our products to bring home with you as souvenirs. The store is located on the 1st floor in MalisGarten and is open for you from 09.00 to 19.00.

Fire alarm system

For your protection, our hotel is equipped with a modern fire alarm system that is directly connected to the police and fire department. We are therefore obliged to point out that authorities can charge a perpetrator € 500 for setting off a fire alarm (for ex. caused by smoking in a room).

Our outdoor garden pool with indoor access is open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. The pool has massage jets in the indoor and outdoor area. Due to reasons of sustainability, we only open the pool in rainy weather upon request. Please get in contact with the reception team. Garden sauna

Enjoy our garden sauna made of larch wood. The view of the garden and the refreshing as well as warm, cozy scent of natural wood help you to completely relax. Temperature: 85 degrees.

At the reception desk, you can purchase a variety of gift certificates for your loved ones, for ex. for a stay at the ZillerSeasons, a beauty treatment, or dinner in our restaurants. Our team at the reception desk will be happy to advise you. 

Gifts for home

You are welcome to purchase our ZillerSeasons products, homemade treats, herbal pillows, care products from our natural cosmetic line, candles, sunglasses, etc. as souvenirs in our ZillerSeasons shop to bring home to your loved ones. Golf

As a guest of the ZillerSeasons, you will receive a special reduced price on the green fee in the Golfclub Zillertal. The Golfclub Zillertal is an 18-hole championship course that extends over 65 hectares. The driving range, golf school, and golf course are open during the summer months.

Where herbs stimulate all the senses - A diverse offer of massage, wellness, and cosmetic treatments based on pure, certified, natural plant cosmetics is one of the special features in MalisGarten Green Spa Hotel.

An herbal sauna, a saltwater steam bath, 2 Finnish saunas, a plunge pool, a foot bath, as well as an ice fountain make the Herbarium SPA a place of pure physical and mental relaxation. Matteo Thun is one of the most renowned timber construction architects in the world. The Italian architect and designer developed the architectural concept for MalisGarten. The specialists of Binderholz Bausysteme GmbH then structurally engineered the ideas of Matteo Thun and the vision of Christina Binder-Egger and Reinhard Binder and turned it into a reality.

The Salettl is an extension of the Wild Herb Kitchen and is accessible via the terrace. The scent of the old stone pine wood, the 300 year old mountain larch door from the Brixental and the 400 year old fireplace give our Salettl its very own enchanting charm. Enjoy a wonderful evening with a view of the garden. You are also welcome to book our Salettl for events.

Shower Bench

Each of our bathrooms in the rooms has a heated shower bench. You can turn the heat off and on yourself. The switch can be found above the towel dryer. When the light on the switch turns green, the shower bench is heated. 

Shuttleservice

We will be happy to organize an individual shuttle service or pick you up at the airport. Please contact our reception team. We will gladly advise you.

Ski Bus

Use the free ski bus of the Zillertal Arena. The bus stop (MalisGarten) is right next to the hotel and takes you directly to the Zillertal Arena Rosenalm- and Karspitzbahn.

Ski Lessons

Upon request, we will gladly organize a ski course for you. You will receive information about the ski schools every week in the lobby. You will find the dates in our weekly program. Experienced ski instructors will advise you in a personal conversation.

Ski Pass

We love to save our guests long waiting times at the ticket office - you can pick up your ski pass at the reception desk and enjoy a wonderful day on the slopes! 

Ski Room

Please store your skis/snowboard and ski boots in the ski storage room. Each room and suite is assigned a lockable ski locker. The drying system then works overnight to provide dry, warm boots for the morning! You are not allowed to take skis or ski boots into your room or suite! 

Ski Service / Ski Rental

Our reception team will gladly advise you! We recommend our partner Intersport Strasser with shops right next door and in the Zillertal Arena valley station. ZillerSeasons guests will receive a 10% discount on ski rental, ski storage, and ski service!  

Socket Adapter

You are welcome to borrow international plug adapters free of charge at the reception for the duration of your stay.

Tea Time

Afternoon tea is traditionally served in England in the afternoon with tea and fine pastries. This tradition is now celebrated in the Zillertal in MalisGarten.

We serve tea for hotel and non-hotel guests from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

In the guest folder you will find our telephone and station list. This contains all important telephone numbers and information about telephone charges for external calls.

Tennis

The amusement park Zell am Ziller offers a variety of possibilities for tennis lovers. A total of 4 outdoor courts and three indoor courts are available. We will gladly reserve a court for you. Please contact our reception team.

Towel Dryer

All our bathrooms are equipped with sophisticated bath accessories by Fantini designed by Matteo Thun, for ex. our towel dryer, which you can turn on and off on the switch above it. When the towel dryer is on, the light on the switch will turn green. 

TV

In the guest folder in your room you will find our telephone and station list. The phone and channel list includes a detailed channel list. In addition to numerous international channels, all TVs also have SkyTV.

Umbrella

A ZillerSeasons umbrella is available for free for the duration of your stay. You can find an umbrella in the cabinet in your room. If you should need another umbrella, please contact the reception desk. Like all other products, you can also purchase our ZillerSeasons umbrellas in the shop. 

Underground car park

The use of the underground car park is already included in your booking. There are no extra fees. There is free choice of place. Please pay attention to the railroad crossing when exiting! The height of the entrance is 2.20m.

Rooms, apartments and suites as well as all facilities and amenities of the hotel are reserved exclusively for our hotel guests who are registered and registered with us.

Our wine cellar is located in the basement. Through the panoramic window, you can get a glimpse of exquisite rarities from various countries. Our sommelier will be happy to advise you. 

Wood

Wood is a timeless and sustainable building material that lives and animates at the same time. Wood has always radiated comfort and warmth and studies prove its animating effect.

The following woods were used in the MalisGarten: Swiss Pine - Salettl, Gourmet Restaurant Heleni Silver Fir - Herbarium Spa, Studio Oak - All floors in the MalisGarten Larch - The balconies and the facade Spruce - The red exterior facade Pine - The balcony floors Domestic Walnut - Doors, the tables in the rooms, the transom walls and the reception. Together, the woods used in MalisGarten create a comforting, harmonious atmosphere that people can also feel in their own bodies.

Worship service

A Catholic worship service takes place in the deanery parish church in Zell am Ziller every Sunday at 8:30 am and 7:00 pm. Our team at the reception desk will gladly inform you of additional Mass times.
