You drive by car from here approx. 35 minutes to the Gasthof Bärenbad. Just before the Gasthof Bärenbad car park, turn left into the forest and follow the signs for the Plauener Hütte. From the Zillergründl reservoir, go through an illuminated tunnel, along the forest road for a short distance before turning left to the signpostet trail. Now in serpentines, directly under the material cable car, up to the hut.
